Privacy & Reader Submissions
When forms are available
Reader submissions are disabled until a form delivery service is configured. An unavailable form does not register you for updates or send your message. The form displays its availability before submission.
When enabled, forms use Web3Forms to process and deliver submissions to the recipient configured by the site operator. The service receives the information you submit. This static website does not include its own server-side submissions database, but that does not mean that the delivery service, recipient or hosting provider keeps no records.
Information you choose to provide
Depending on the form, a submission can include your name, email, state, selected product, purchase or label details, comments, your contact consent and your choice about sharing with a law firm. Required fields are marked. Provide only the information needed for your message.
Form context may include the page from which you submitted and submission time. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information needed to provide their services. Consult those providers’ policies for their handling of that information.
Purpose and contact consent
We use a submission to reply to you, to consider correction reports and source tips, and to send updates you ask for. Consent to that contact is required to send the form and is recorded with the submission, along with the version of the consent wording you saw.
Your information is not shared with a law firm unless you separately tick the optional sharing box on a product report. Leaving it unticked does not affect anything else about your submission.
Optional sharing with law firms
If you tick the sharing box, the site operator may share your contact details and the information in your product report with one or more independent law firms reviewing allulose labeling claims. A firm that receives it may contact you by email about your report. We do not collect phone numbers.
Each law firm that receives your report handles it under its own privacy practices and professional obligations, which apply in addition to this notice. Sharing does not mean you have a claim, and no firm is obliged to contact you or take your case.
You can withdraw your permission at any time using the privacy contact address on this page. Withdrawal stops future sharing by the site operator; it cannot recall information already passed to a firm, so contact that firm directly as well. This notice will be updated to describe any payment or other benefit the operator receives in connection with shared reports before such an arrangement begins.
Keep sensitive information out of submissions
Do not include medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, financial account details, identity documents or privileged communications. A reader form is not a confidential attorney intake channel.
No website or delivery system can promise absolute security. Share only what is necessary, and use public source links when reporting a correction.
Questions, retention and deletion requests
Submission retention: We keep submissions for up to 24 months, then delete them. Contact the operator using the privacy address below to ask about your information.
No automatic deletion schedule or guaranteed deletion timeframe is represented here. Copies held by a delivery provider or recipient may be subject to separate practices and applicable obligations. A request must be assessed by the relevant operator or provider.
External links and future changes
Following a source link takes you to another service whose privacy practices apply there. Those services may collect information independently of this site.
This notice will be updated before analytics are enabled, before a new kind of recipient is added and before information is used for a new purpose. Read the current notice and form disclosures before submitting.
